As an Account Manager at Magic, you act as the strategic partner in crime to our clients and our fearless leader in charge of client success. You think like a business owner and consult on how to grow the client’s business (to make the world a better place). You’re the relationship master we’ve been looking for, who finds joy in developing close bonds with our clients. As the ringleader that wrangles all pieces of the marketing funnel puzzle, we leave it up to you to plan the project, manage the team, and deliver the work on time and on budget.

The Account Manager is the head honcho of…

  • Directing the strategy for the client

  • Managing our tech, creative and media teams

  • Generating results for the client


  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience working as a digital marketing strategist under your belt.

  • Google Sheets, Asana and other online project management tools are the sharpest in your shed making you a systems and efficiency ninja.

  • You know the in’s and out’s of Google Analytics like the back of your hand.

  • You have extensive Google AdWords and/or Facebook ads campaign management experience to boot.

  • Basic understanding of HTML and general website management gives you an insider’s scoop on how to integrate Wordpress and other back end tools.

  • You have the technical know-how and magic touch to integrate various web platforms and software systems seamlessly, connecting client landing pages and/or websites to marketing email/automation software, and e-commerce engines.

  • You bring creative flare to the development of Facebook and Google ads, with a rich understanding of tech specs and editorial guidelines.

  • You find joy in managing our band of digital rebels to produce meaningful content and change the world at the same time.




Strategic Direction


Team Lead

  • Audit existing marketing funnels

  • Interview the client and conduct market research

  • Get tech access and analyze tech stack

  • Create report with breakdown of every asset with suggestions for improvement

  • Record video walk through and include any relevant analytics/data

  • Create strategies for new campaigns on FB, Google and other top platforms

    • Build out a funnel strategy map

    • Create scope of work

    • Map out deadlines

  • Ensure project is going according to plan (on budget and on time)

    • Work with the team to implement any changes to strategy, scope and timeline

    • Conduct weekly workflow update

    • Promote accountability for all team members

    • Support the team by making sure they have all the resources and information they need to execute their work

  • Set-up project and teams in all systems

  • Set up Asana, Slack, Harvest projects

  • Create and organize Google Drive folders and documents

  • Build out scope of work in Asana

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and the creative team to advise on marketing angles for copy/design

  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables (Landing pages, FB & Google Ads, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the Ads Managers to oversee Media Buying

    • Ensure efficient and accurate spending of Client budget by Facebook and Google ads managers.

    • Analyze campaigns and work with Ads Managers to make strategic adjustments as needed to achieve success.

  • Ensure success and proper integration of all technology products

    • Understand capabilities and limitations of client’s various software systems

    • Determine best possible strategy for working within limitations

    • Figure out work-arounds and solutions for complex tech challenges when necessary

    • Be a leader and keep the morale high on the team

Brendan has quarterbacked digital marketing teams for multi-million dollar online retailers, boutique agencies and Inc. 500 startups. He connects the dots between analytics and emotions that drive consumer behavior. His estimated career winning percentage in rock papers scissors is over 90% (he measures everything).

Marcus has led marketing strategy for 50+ companies, including names such as Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie, Deepak Chopra, and Kim Eng. With a passion for sustainability, renewable energy, spirituality, and wellness, he aims to impact millions of lives through digital marketing in those industries. You may see him around Boulder wearing a purple top hat.







Mary Wagner is a strategist and designer who helps clients clarify their purpose, uncover potential and design for social impact. She approaches each project with a whole-systems lens, appreciative inquiry and equal parts science and soul. For the past 15 years, she has collaborated with leaders in education, the environment, food, farming and wellness to create strategies, stories and tools that wholeheartedly engage their stakeholders, grow their revenue and cultivate systems change…healthier communities, economies and ecologies

Gareth is a systems enthusiast and team galvanizer who has managed brand strategy and leadership development projects for international corporations. His passion lies in influencing personal, organizational, and societal transformation. He’s the type of guy who is so organized he pens “unstructured time” into his schedule.




Mason has specialized in Facebook ad management for 10+ years. He's managed ad spends up to $1.3 million/month and is the wizard behind the campaigns of dozens of 7-figure businesses. Mason is, literally, a rock star. When he's not optimizing campaigns down to a hair trigger, you'll find him melting the faces off of screaming fans.




Lindsay is a copyrighter who has spearheaded grassroots movements through marketing for international and local organizations. Her writing gives clients the power to speak straight to the hearts of their audience, with a passion for impact shining through every word. When she’s not crafting copy, you can find Lindsay in a field of homegrown flowers or getting down on any dance floor.







With a passion for helping conscious companies bring their stories to light and gain exposure, Evonna creates design pieces that communicate deliberately and effectively. With a BFA in Communication Design from MSU Denver, Evonna has been working as a designer for the past five years. Evonna is a former athlete whose abilities in track and cross-country running gained her a full-tuition scholarship. Her desire to continually grow and seek new inspiration keeps her regularly traveling- exploring new cities and galleries both locally and abroad.

Paula has been managing projects in the tech/marketing industry since 2006. As a jack of all trades, she prides herself in being able to do whatever it takes see tech projects through to completion. All of those frustrating tech tasks that have you wanting to smack the computer are a delight for her to accomplish. 




We're looking for our go-to Account Manager for our core clients. We will start out working on a project in a contractor relationship and if all goes well will transition to being an employee.

Compensation will be determined based on your experience.

Some deals we close include a revenue-sharing opportunity, where you have the opportunity to share in the upside of our clients.
